I love when people ask me about my company, “Why dcd marketing?” This is such a great question because I always want to look at the world through a person’s eyes. This is what I’ve spent my entire life doing since I was a kid. After I graduated from college, I started a career in marketing that started off as a part-time job and now it’s a full-time job.
The most important thing that I learned in marketing is that there are no right or wrong answers in marketing because everyone is different. I think we forget that at some point we need to stop and have a conversation about what we want to do in life, because everyone is different and everyone has their own vision. If we look at marketing the way we’ve always looked at marketing, then we’re going to end up being disappointed.
What is important is that we make sure we stay passionate about what we want to achieve. We have to stay committed to it, and not just because if we do then we’ll go out and do it anyway. I learned this the hard way. Before I started dcd marketing, I was still an employee and was doing my best to make some money. This was the best part.
We do this the same way we do everything else in our lives. We put our best selves out there. We work hard at it. We put the effort in in the hopes that we will see results. As soon as you start feeling good about your work, you begin to lose sight of the fact that this is a game. And you begin to forget that you can’t win.
In dcd marketing, you put out the best self you can. If you put out a great self, but it doesn’t work out, you put out a “great” self. If you put out a great self, but it doesn’t work out, you put out a “not-great” self. If you put out a not-great self, but it works out, you put out a great self. But this is not a good strategy.
The game is not about making money. If you think that the game is about making money, that is just too simplistic. It is about building a brand and having a positive, creative vision. The best brand is one that is positive, creative, and fun.
This is why I love DCCD and its creator. The DCCD game is exactly that, and DCCD Marketing is one of the key ways that makes it so successful. Most of the marketing that happens at the PC game store is marketing from other developers, and DCCD Marketing is one of the key ways that developers and developers-of-games alike are able to promote their games to the widest audience possible.
