I have to say that one of the best things that I’ve discovered about the health fairs is that they offer a fun, engaging way to educate the kids about food. And if you’re working with kids, it’s probably just as important to educate them about the food that they’re eating as it is to educate them about the food that is in your fridge. Plus, it’s an excuse to have fun and learn about healthy eating.

This is actually more of a bonus point, as most of the food we eat is healthy. It’s the first time I’ve ever been approached to do this sort of thing, so I’m pretty pleased with how it turned out.
