I can’t stress enough how important it is to have a healthy lifestyle. Just a few years ago I was eating a lot of sugar and carbohydrates. I was also eating lots of processed foods, processed foods made of sugars, and processed foods made of starches. I had to fight a lot of health issues. I had to get really serious about eating healthier. It’s a process though.
It’s good to have a healthy diet, but it’s also a fact that most of the times we are not aware of these things. It’s not just that we don’t know the foods we eat, its that we don’t know what portion sizes to take, that we sometimes don’t think of how much we’re putting into our bodies, and that we sometimes don’t think about how much we’ve put in.
Its true, we dont think about it as much as we should. We don’t think about it enough. We don’t think about the food we eat, or the portion sizes, or how much weve been eating. We dont realize how little we eat and what kind of impact it has on our health.
We dont realize that if you eat a lot of sugary foods, or are constantly taking in sugar, it can lead to a condition called Type 2 diabetes. Its estimated that a person with a high blood sugar level of around 150 milligrams per deciliter is probably more than likely to become diabetic, at least during the early stages of the disease.
As a society, we do have a tendency to eat a lot more quickly and in a much slower pace than our peers. So it’s the tendency that causes us to want to get rid of this. We know that it’s bad for us to take the time and do that, but we also know that that when we do eat a lot more quickly, it’s going to lead to more bad eating.
I mean, I don’t like to eat, but I enjoy a good meal and I’ve noticed that some people do eat more quickly than others. So I do tend to be more likely to eat a lot more quickly than I’m.
As it turns out, people eating a lot more quickly are often more prone to obesity and diabetes. That’s why it’s a good idea to keep a food journal for yourself. So that you can record your food intake for each meal and when you eat it, so that you can see the numbers coming in.
Its a good thing too, because if you eat too much of something, it can make your body feel like it is “starving” or “starving itself”. So when you have a good hunger feeling, try to eat less.
The good news is that you will be able to eat a lot more healthily when you eat less. The bad news is that you are more likely to gain weight. This is because people who eat more often tend to eat more calories overall. So when you are eating less, you are more likely to gain weight.
If you eat more than you burn, you will gain weight. So if you are trying to lose weight, try to eat less.
