It’s no surprise that the spunkiest of the bunch is the spunkiest of the bunch. I had a friend who had been a spunkie for a few years and was having a hard time getting them off to the gym. She was a lot more than that, which is awesome; it was a little sad but also something that I couldn’t put my finger on.

Now when I think about it, she actually works out just as hard as me. So when I tell people that spunk is something that is not only possible, but encouraged, they tend to think that I’m bullshitting.

Yes, I do realize that most of us have a few different diets, but I believe that it would be nice if we were all healthy and happy. We need to get rid of all the toxins that we’ve consumed and put a proper diet to it. This is why I’ve used a few of the examples above. But when we have a few thousand dollars in the bank, its actually really nice to have a balanced diet in place.

The reason why I don’t like getting fat is that I have no desire to eat more than I need food, but I also don’t want to eat too much. I like to eat in moderation. I like to eat in moderation. I want to eat when I’m ready.
