Technology is a tool that so many of us use every day. Whether we’re talking about tablets, smartphones, or computers, it often seems to be the tool that gets in the way of our ability to focus. Technology addiction can be caused by a number of factors, but the most common seem to be the result of multitasking, social media, and other distractions.

The problem with technology addiction, though, is that it is often so common that it is not seen as a problem. In fact, even though technology addiction is a big problem, there is very little attention paid to it. That is because technology addiction is often viewed as a problem, not a solution. But the thing to remember is that solving technology addiction is not the same as eliminating it.

Technology addiction is a real issue, but the reason it is so common is because the solution is rarely given attention. There is a reason why the term “technology addiction” is used, as it is a very real problem. Our study of over a million people showed that over 50% of the people interviewed said they use a technology during a given day that they would never use in a million years. That’s a problem indeed.

One reason I love this study is because the people who are most affected by technology addiction are people with disabilities. A high percentage of the people in the study were disabled in some way, shape, or form. I was shocked to learn that the study also found that about 17% of people were addicted to technology and about 18% said they were addicted to something else. This means that almost half of the people in the study have some form of disability. This study is a call to action.

One of the most effective things you can do is to recognize the problem and address it, instead of trying to fix it. I’ve written an article about technology addiction and the things you can do to treat it. The article discusses a number of different things you can do, ranging from going to a counselor or shrink to using an app like Tezos or a Facebook group to help you stay on top of it. Because technology addiction is so widespread, there are also a number of things you can do that have very little to do with technology.

We want to help you keep track of all the things you’re doing that are technology related, like checking your Facebook feed or scanning your emails to see what you’re up to. We can’t do that for you because it’s just too much trouble. What we can do is help you become aware of the things you’re doing that are technology related, and then ask you to stop doing them.

Technology addiction is an epidemic and we feel good about our work here at The Social. Technology addiction awareness is not a new topic, but the first time I personally saw a video showing people how to deal with it, I was blown away. Our goal here at The Social is to help you recognize and change the ones things you are doing that are tech related, so even if you don’t want to change them, there is a good chance you can still be doing them.
